Wendy and her team coach clients to balance current cash flow needs with ongoing future saving strategies, pointing to the firm’s tag line: Live for Today, Plan for Tomorrow™.   Wendy applies holistic financial planning with a goals-based approach. Her focus is educating and empowering clients to help them achieve their financial milestones.  She supports those going through various life changes: building their professional future, experiencing a liquidity event, entering retirement, going through a divorce transition, or dealing with the death of a loved one. Wendy incorporates her accounting and legal skills to collaborate with other professionals to consider risk management, wealth accumulation, retirement planning and gifting/estate planning needs.

Wendy began her financial planning career in November 2008 after thirteen years in International Tax at Ernst & Young LLP.  In 2011, Wendy and her partner, Brad Steinback, formed Infinity Strategic Partners, LLC.  Her academic achievements include a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin and a Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University School of Law.  Wendy holds FINRA Securities Registrations Series 7, Series 66, and her life and health insurance licenses.  Wendy had also passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam, Illinois Bar Exam, and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst Exam. In 2013, she was presented the Women with Vision Award by the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois. She has been recognized annually, since 2013, as a Five Star Wealth Manager, awarded to those advisors who provide quality services to their clients.  In 2025, Wendy was recognized as a Regional Honor Guard Recipient, one of Equitable Advisors’ most prestigious awards for providing outstanding client and community service.

Wendy founded the Exclusive Professional Women’s Networking Group (EPWNG), which was a premier group of professional women both in Chicago and Scottsdale.  She created the group in 2009, acting as the President and continued to lead the Board of the nonprofit organization through 2020.  She expanded the group to Scottsdale in 2018.  After the pandemic, both the Chicago and Scottsdale groups ended in 2023.  During this same timeframe, Wendy was on the Board of the Vision for Tomorrow Foundation, strategically funding research projects related to Aniridia and Albinism. Wendy also participates on the Board of Directors of the First Bank Chicago, which she joined in 2012.

Wendy lives in Deerfield, Illinois with her husband Rich. They enjoy the winters in Phoenix, AZ and love spending time with their two adult sons, Jordan and Tyler.
